Using your Audrey figures, I will enter your sales data into Quickbooks, keeping track of your overall sales figures.
Inventory Expenses
I will use your data from Audrey to enter inventory expenses into Quickbooks, giving you an overall view of your inventory costs.
Misc Expenses
I will also enter, and classify, any miscellaneous business expenses you may have such as postage, gas, hotel, and training costs. This will keep you from losing valuable deductions that can really add up!
Giveaways
I will keep track of costs you incur from contests and giveaways, and make sure they are classified properly so that your income statements are correct, and you get all the deductions you are entitled to.
Reports
The Basic Service includes monthly profit and loss reports. Other reports are available if needed.
Year End
At the end of the year, you will have all the information you need, ready and prepared, to take to your accountant for tax preparation. And you will be confident that they’re correct!

Through my job experiences I have become an expert in Quickbooks. I use Quickbooks every day in my current place of employment. On the side, I do bookkeeping for pest control and trucking companies.
